I remember asking my teacher why he decided to be a primary history teacher, even though he could speak 7 languages. While he loved languages, it was his goal to change the world as a teacher. He felt that by teaching and working with each child individually, he was able to make a big difference. I always looked up to him and will always remember what he said. The impact that he had on me has carried over into my life. I feel lucky to be where I am today. I have succeeded in completing both my high school and college education. I also have lived in three countries! I want to make a difference and give back to others. I'd also like to focus on bridging cultural gaps with my teaching.I have a history of helping others. When I was in high school, I worked with adopted Chinese students to help them study the Chinese language and to learn more about their rich culture. I also continued to do this in my college years. I also have experience working as a teacher's assistant. I feel that a great tutor doesn't come from knowing everything, but instead must be dedicated, creative, and very patient. It's important to help students see different problems in unique ways. I'm ready to help you reach your goals.
